I’ve been training people in fitness since 2013. Growing up, I didn’t play sports or really do anything physical other than dancing in theatre. It wasn’t until college that I decided to give it a try. Starting with simple weight training and cardio at the rec center, I wasn’t seeing a whole lot of change. I hired a trainer to jump start my progress, and soon after that, I found CrossFit. That’s when fitness really took hold of my heart. Through CrossFit, I learned the strength of my own body and mind, and made lasting friendships with my fellow exercisers. After some time as an athlete, I found that I was pretty good at understanding and explaining movement, and decided to become a coach.

In 2013 I moved to beautiful Colorado and started coaching CrossFit and training individuals. Since then, my passion for personal training has blossomed. I feel so fortunate to be able to do what I love and teach people of all ages how to move and feel better through food and exercise.
