Personal Training:
Individual attention for 30 or 60 minutes. We work on YOUR goals using time tested methods, solid techniques, and fun, boredom-free workouts.
Online Training: Follow the daily workouts for free, or contact me about personal online training. I can support you 100% through your journey, watch and critique your videos, and help with nutrition.
Small Group Training:
Workout with up to three of your friends, coworkers, or family members for added fun and motivation. Workouts will combine the goals of all members in continuously changing workouts.
While I don’t provide written meal plans, I still want to make sure you have the tools you need to eat nutritious, body-supporting meals every week. I can help you find your ideal macronutrient needs; and in meal prep lessons, we will talk about how to create a varied menu that you can prep ahead of time for easy meals all week. We will go over shopping, prepping, storing, and emergency meal staples.
